Nieuwbouwproject

Lirios Sunrise is het nieuwe bouwproject van vrijstaande villa’s van Grupo VAPF in de woonwijk Cumbre del Sol.

De oriëntatie van de woningen is bestudeerd in functie van de vorm en de ligging van het terrein met het doel het uitzicht op de zee te verzekeren. Het zeezicht dat zich uitstrek tot het eiland Ibiza vormt ook een onderdeel van primordiaal belang voor het design en de indeling van de woningen.

De woningen zijn het ontwerp van de samenvoeging van verschillende modules die een coherent geheel vormen met de buitenzone met als blikvanger het buitenterras en het zwembad.
